The subdivision has entrances from both main cross streets. The majority of these 3 and 4 bedroom homes were built-in the mid 1990’s, while a few were added in the early 2000’s. The neighborhood is a mix of contemporary split levels, 2 story colonials, 1.5 story cape cods, and single story ranches. Lot sizes average about .25 acres. These homes are site condos with annual association fees.
