According to statistics I just pulled from Realcomp MLS, for the month of May 2018, the median days on market of homes listed in Wayne and Washtenaw counties was only 8 days! And that’s the midpoint! That means the most attractive houses are moving to and from market in much less time, in many cases, on day 1 with multiple offers on the table for the same house.
